Return & Refund Policy – Vasa Indica
Our promise
Every Vasa Indica piece is curated and often made to order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — most returns are eligible for store credit, and defective or incorrect items are fully refunded.
What can be returned
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is:

Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
-
With all tags and labels intact

In its original packaging
Please note: accessories and jewellery, and items marked Final Sale on the product page, cannot be returned (except if defective or incorrect).
Made-to-order pieces
When you place an order during a drop, certain pieces are crafted specifically to your size. These made-to-order pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, and no store credit or credit notes will be issued for them. This policy exists because each piece is produced exclusively for you at the time of your order. We strongly encourage you to consult our size guide before ordering, or reach out to our team on +91 97177 70551 for sizing advice before placing your order. The made-to-order nature of each piece will be clearly indicated on its product page.
How you'll be refunded

Change of mind / size or fit: You'll receive store credit valid for 6 months. You can use it on any future drop, or in person at our Delhi store. If you're not in Delhi, our fashion consultant can show you the collection over a WhatsApp video call or via lookbook catalogues, and ship your selection to you.

Item received with a manufacturing defect or incorrect piece sent: We take full responsibility for any error or quality lapse on our end. You’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method, or a complimentary replacement if available. To help us resolve this quickly, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing clear photographs to contact@vasaindica.com or contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 97177 70551. Please note: damage caused by general wear, improper care, or handling after delivery is not covered under this policy.
How returns work
Submit your request through My Orders within 7 days of delivery, or bring the item to our store. For online returns, our courier will arrange a pick-up within 3–5 business days. Once we receive and inspect the item, your store credit or refund is processed within 7 days.
