No Returns
- Custom-made products or specially ordered items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Products once delivered and used are not eligible for return.
- Bulk orders (more than 5 items) are not eligible for return or refund.
- Certain categories such as intimates, swimwear, accessories, and jewellery are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Eligible Returns (Standard Sizes Only)
- Standard-sized products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, but will first undergo a quality check to ensure they are unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags/packaging intact.
- Any product found damaged, soiled, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
- Products exchanged once will be treated as customized and will not be eligible for further exchange.
- All exchanges, including size changes, are subject to availability.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds will not be issued for standard returns. Instead, customers will receive store credit equal to the approved return value.
- Store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from the return value.
- A full refund will only be issued if VASA is unable to fulfill the customer’s order.
Shipping & Costs
- Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer. VASA is not responsible for damage during return transit.
Cancellation
- Orders once processed cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation requests received within 24 hours of placing the order may be considered at VASA’s discretion. If approved, the amount will be refunded as store credit only.
Faulty Goods
- Goods are considered faulty if received damaged. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
- Faulty items can be exchanged for the same product/size (subject to availability) or store credit may be issued
